Each time you use it, you will receive +5 Efril and +50 reputation with the "Jewel Stone" faction. - Upon reaching a reputation of 500, you will receive the "Jewel" Recognition Medal, and each time you use it, you will receive 7 Efril and 2 Evil Eyes. - Upon reaching a reputation of 1000, you will receive the "Jewel" Friendship Medal, and each time you use it, you will receive 9 Efril, 3 Evil Eyes, and 3 Crystalline Coals. - Upon reaching a reputation of 2000, you will receive the "Jewel" Respect Medal, and each time you use it, you will receive 13 Efril, 5 Evil Eyes, 5 Crystalline Coals, and 25 Crystals of Truth. - Upon reaching a reputation of 3000, you will receive the "Jewel" Honor Medal, and each time you use it, you will receive 15 Efril, 7 Evil Eyes, 7 Crystalline Coals, and 35 Crystals of Truth. - Upon reaching a reputation of 5000, you will receive the "Jewel" Devotion Medal, and each time you use it, you will receive 17 Efril, 9 Evil Eyes, 9 Crystalline Coals, 50 Crystals of Truth, and a 35% chance to receive 1 Atnagig Chaos Elixir. Medals also provide a Reputation Rating. Usage Interval: 1 time per 7 days; the upgraded deck can be used 1 time per 24 hours. Cards and the upgraded deck are collected in collections.
