The event will take place in three stages.
Stage 1 (August 12) Chaotic battles for bills of exchange begin (in the regular chaos zones).
Stage 2 (August 15) In the collections section, under the Trading Journey, you can exchange rare resources for trading bills of exchange (Stage 1 will be closed).
Stage 3 (August 18-20) An event store with rare items will open. Stage 2 will be closed.
