Stage 1 (September 5): Chaotic battles for bills of exchange begin (in the regular chaos). Stage 2 (September 8): In the collections section, in the Trading Journey, you will be able to exchange rare resources for trading bills of exchange (Stage 1 will be closed). Stage 3 (September 11-13): An event-specific store with rare items will open. Stage 2 will be closed.
