Reputation Rating (RR) is calculated based on the total "weight" of all medals on the character.
As you increase your reputation, you receive medals corresponding to the level of points earned, and these medals in turn increase your Reputation Rating.

Please note that the "cost" of a medal in gold coins corresponds to the amount of RR awarded. However, remember that when you receive a "better" medal, for example, you had a "blue" medal and received a "purple" medal, the RR bonus from the "blue" medal will no longer apply. That is, additional 50 points will be added to what the "blue" medal provided.
For example: A blue medal is worth 50 gold. This means that having it increases your RR by 50 points.
You can view your RR at any time in the character's "Stats" information window.
Upon reaching a certain rating level, unique items become available in the Treasury, which you can access through the "Infernal Pass" or the "Outskirts".
