These rules govern the administration's decisions when reviewing clan registration applications.
The administration reserves the right to modify these rules and make decisions at its discretion.
If you repeatedly resubmit a rejected application without making constructive improvements, it may be removed without a refund of the fee.
Requirements for the emblem and its quality:
1.1 The emblem must be 13*13 pixels in GIF format.
1.2 The emblem must not be animated.
1.3 The emblem must have a transparent background. It should not be placed on a colored square. If you do not understand this, consult a specialist.
1.4 The emblem must be of high quality, preferably created by a professional artist. The emblem should not be too simplistic.
1.5 The emblem must be unique within the "Legend: Dragon Legacy" project. It cannot be a complete copy of an existing emblem, except in cases of mutual agreement between clans, but even then, the color scheme of the emblem must be different.
1.6 The emblem must be original.
1.7 The emblem must be understandable. Even someone who does not know the clan's name should be able to understand what is depicted in the emblem. An exception to this rule may be made for original, high-quality abstract emblems. An abstract emblem is one that does not explicitly aim to convey a specific meaning to players.
1.8 The emblem must depict the entire object. It is not possible to use, for example, part of a face or a fragment of an animal's muzzle.
1.9 The use of national symbols and heraldry from real-world objects is prohibited.
1.10 The use of religious symbols in the emblem is prohibited. This includes crosses, the St. Andrew's cross, the crescent moon, the "yin-yang" symbol, a menorah, etc.
1.11 The use of emblems that are incompatible with the fantasy theme is prohibited. For example, currency symbols (dollar, euro), pacifism, radioactivity, biohazards, the word "mafia," "MVD" (Ministry of Internal Affairs), "VDV" (Airborne Troops), "Zenit-Champion," etc.
1.12 Images of animals, cartoon characters, and the like are not considered to be within the fantasy theme.
1.13 The use of fascist, nationalist, racist, and any other political symbols from the real world is prohibited.
1.14 The use of images that violate anyone's copyrights, property rights, or any other rights is prohibited. In the event of a copyright holder's claim, the emblem will be removed, and the clan will have 7 days to provide a new emblem.
1.15 The clan's symbolism must comply with the general rules of the game and the overall gaming legislation.
1.16 The use of trademarks of real-world companies is prohibited. For example, logos of Playboy, Mercedes, BMW, Mitsubishi, Ferrari.
1.17 The use of emoticons as a clan emblem is prohibited.
1.18 The use of emblems from the game itself as a clan emblem is prohibited. For example, the symbol of your race, a curse symbol, a "write in private" symbol, etc.
Requirements for the name:
2.1 The clan name must comply with the general rules of the game and the overall gaming legislation.
2.2 The clan name must be unique within the "Legend: Dragon Legacy" project. It cannot be a complete copy or similar to the name of an existing clan. A name is considered similar if it is part of an existing name. For example, if a clan named "Furious Baboons" exists, you cannot register a clan named "Baboons." However, if a clan named "Baboons" exists, you can register a clan named "Furious Baboons."
2.3 Clans with names written in all caps using special characters and with alternating uppercase and lowercase letters are not allowed.
2.4 The use of names of countries, territories, settlements, and other geographical objects, as well as nationalities from the real world, is prohibited. For example: USSR, Russians, residents of Butovo, knights of France, Slavic brotherhood, Magmar from the Donbass region, etc.
2.5 The use of religious symbolism in the name is prohibited. For example: "angel," "archangel," "demon," "heaven," "hell," "Orthodoxy," "prophet," names of Catholic orders, etc.
2.6 The use of names associated with fascism, the leadership, and armed forces of fascist states is prohibited.
2.7 The use of profanity in clan names is prohibited, as well as names that promote the use of drugs, Nazism, and other violations of the existing communication rules in the "Legend: Dragon Legacy" project, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation.
Clan Information Requirements
3.1 The use of names, titles, veiled expressions, abbreviations, numbers, and numerical values, quotations, slogans, appeals, inscriptions, in any way related to National Socialism, Nazism, Fascism, racism, extremism, terrorism is prohibited in the clan application.
3.2 The use of profanity, direct or indirect insults to players and clans is prohibited in the clan information.
3.3 All clan information must comply with the communication rules of the "Legend: Dragon Legacy" project, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation.
Penalties for Violations
4.1 Clans with the same or similar names and emblems have priority. The clan that registered first with that emblem or provided proof of authorship of the emblem has priority. This rule does not apply to clans that registered with a previously approved emblem from the clan leader.
4.2 If a violation of copyright is detected, the emblem from the offending clan is removed, and the clan has 7 days to provide a new emblem. If an emblem is not provided within the specified time, the clan is disbanded.
4.3 For violations of sections 3.1-3.3, the clan leader receives a warning. If the violations are not corrected, the clan is disbanded.
4.4 The detection of clans with similar symbols/names, as well as the elimination of violations, is the responsibility of the clan and does not require the involvement of the administration.
Other Cases
5.1 In all other cases not covered by the above clan registration rules, the Administration reserves the right to act at its own discretion.
