To find the right path during your travels in the world of FEO, the Navigator will help you. You can launch it by clicking the compass button in the sidebar (on the right side of the screen): [Image of a compass button] The Navigator is used to find the locations, monsters, resources, or characters you need. The desired monster or resource may be found in different locations, in which case the Navigator displays a list of all such locations. The Navigator performs two tasks: it tells you where the object you need is located, and it allows you to mark the path to your goal on the map and in the list of transitions between locations. To find the object you need, you must select the type of object you are looking for: [Image of a monster selection menu] Then select the name of the object: [Image of a monster selection menu with a specific monster selected] Or enter the name of the desired object in a special field: [Image of a text input field] You will see a list of locations where the object you are looking for is located. The number of transitions to the specified location is indicated in parentheses. The location closest to you will be listed first: [Images of a list of locations with the number of transitions indicated] To see the path to your goal on the map and in the list of transitions between locations, click: [Image of a "Confirm" button] The Navigator will calculate the route to your goal. This means that: [Image of a left arrow icon] The "Confirm" button in the Navigator window will change to the text "Route set". [Image of a left arrow icon] A golden cross will appear in the center of the desired location on the map, and an orange dotted line will show the path between your current location and the destination. [Image of a map with a golden cross and an orange dotted line] [Image of a left arrow icon] The navigation button in the game window will turn red, and the compass on it will start spinning. [Image of a red navigation button] [Image of a left arrow icon] In the list of transitions to neighboring locations, a red frame will appear around the transition that leads to the selected goal. [Image of a list of transitions with a red frame around the desired transition] If you close and reopen the Navigator and world map windows, use the map, or perform any actions in the game without leaving the location, the calculated route will be saved. If you move to other locations in the game, the dotted line on the map and the flashing frame in the game window will change to continue indicating the path to the previously selected goal. The path to your goal will disappear only when you: - reach your goal, - calculate a route to a different goal using the Navigator, or - click the "Clear" button in the Navigator window: [Image of a "Clear" button] Important: The Navigator can only find objects that are on the world map. Therefore, it does not show creatures that live in buildings, dungeons, instances, or battlefields, nor does it show rare resources.
